The 2016 vintage of our Cabernet Sauvignon is exquisitely balanced – Bursting with refined juiciness and velvety texture, yet extremely approachable. On the nose, dark fruit aromas of black currant and dried blueberries are complimented with robust spices, like cocoa, bay leaf and anise. Dark fruit notes are confirmed on the palate with flavors of black cherry, raspberry and bramble. Woody spices like clove, cedar, anise and tobacco are also prominently on display. This wine is ready to drink now after a short decant or can easily be cellared for 7+ more years.
